Hi Lee-Ann.

This is the right website but this group was running specifically for a once a yr cyclists census in March.

Try searching the forum or posting your own callout but a very good group to join is Cancer Voices SA. They have a group here and are very active for all levels of rider.

Join the group here on this site or read more on their site.

Oh well, he would know! ;-) Glad you got it sorted with BV. Keep up the good work with your cycling advocacy in SA. Cheers!

Quoted from an email that I received today from Jeff McPhan & Bicycle Victoria.
We require the hard copy of the count sheet as a back up to verify the count data so that when we develop the report for the Adelaide Council we are using accurate information.

Good luck sorting it out, don't worry about the T-shirt! The papers with the T-shirt was just to explain that we were taking responsibiltity for our own safety, ie waiving BV of legal responsibility for us being outside counting. And the step-by-step guide definately says you only need to mail the form if you can't email the filled-in excel spreadsheet, so you can email them that data now, and fill in the other web link later.

An earlier hiccup was that I was given 3-way count when should be 4-way count, so replacement email without the Access Code. I deleted the email with incorrect 3-way count, and did not realise until later that there was an Access Code, and only provided in the deleted incorrect email.
I was told by some that the T-shirt came with some papers, but as I did not receive T-shirt, do not know the wording.
I read, think on the link to web form, that one needed to post the paper count after filling in the web form.

The access code was given in the first email we were sent, at least it was for me. It doesn't come through the mail. Not necessary to mail the count form, either, I don't believe, only if you aren't able to fill in the excel spreadsheet from the provided link and email it in.

Friday 5 March at 3pm and I still have not received my T-shirt with papers. Have not received my Access Code so unable to enter cyclist count via the web. Will not mail my count form until I can enter the results on the web. Have emailed interstate a few times about hiccups.
