Trainer set up

I sometimes find it hard to get the roller pressure just right when setting up, its either too hard or 2 easy to pedal.I

I think that is a really good question, because it obviously affects the resistance, and the gears selected in your program.

I would have thought the flywheel could have a set pressure using an internal spring or something?

I have set mine up and basically forgot about it, maybe I should look at my manual?
