Training Rides
The training rides are for those who want to improve their speed and fitness. If you want to race, train for racing or just speed yourself up, this is the ride for you.
Special Event Rides
One off rides that are a bit special, these include long distance epics, climbing marathons and special occasion rides (Christmas special for example). There are no real generic guidelines for these rides as each one is different.

Comment by Scott Swinfield on September 13, 2012 at 17:03 Noted, I will see you at the Bollards 8.45am unless I hear otherwise :-)
Comment by Matt Jones on September 13, 2012 at 12:57 30Km and a Tollgate to Bollards ride :).
Make it 8.45am at Bollards, for a 9am rollout.
Michelle, that means leaving my house at 8.30am if thats going to work.
I am in.
I will be starting from my work 7.00 am for 7.15 start from the car park at the rear of 235 Unley Road Malvern, corner of Wattle Street, plenty of parking and toilets available. I will then ride up Cross Road and the track to Lofty but stopping at Crafers to meet our group leader Matt Jones. Everyone is welcome to join me at Malvern or meet Matt at our designated meeting spot Matt decides apon. After finishing the ride we can descend back to Malvern, this will add 30 kms to the 46 km route Matt is running.
