And don't give me nice words like ''very'' good.. Put a number on it-How many victories will Sagan get this year?and a supplementary question:How many for Cav?Sagan is already on 3 victories, and has all 4 of Cannondale's podium spots for the year. Cav has 6 wins already, and should have a monster year with the power of OPQ behind him (or in front of him as the case may be)I'll use Cycling Quotient  as the arbiter of bragging rights at the…Continue

Yes, I read that too but forgot about it. Nuts! How can he expect to get away with it.

I had him in my Velogames team though :(

Wow, CyclingTip's Secret Pro was right!

While I’m on the topic of Grand Tours, there’s talk going around the peloton that a former Grand Tour winner who’s about to be taken down for a biological passport irregularity.

Was in very good form throughout the giro. Now we know why! Like the Vini kits tho

I can't believe Di Luca. Banned for testing positive to EPO the day before the Giro.

i think the most interesting battle will be Wiggins vs Froome. After failing at his bid to capture the Giro i can not see Wiggins playing 2nd fiddle to Froome.

Clearly 2nd in the Giro (or any Grand Tour) is a more important achievement than winning a 1 week race, and clearly Cadel will lead BMC at the Tour.

Ironically I think the Tour of California might be a better lead up event than the Giro for the TDF though. No one since Pantani has managed to carry their form from the Giro to the TDF, whereas an easier lead up seems to work a lot better.

I think it will be interesting to see how Wiggins (and Hesjedal) go at the TDF. A truncated Giro might not be a bad thing. I'd love to see Wiggins vs Froome vs Joaquim Rodriguez vs Contador with all of them riding well.

Looking at the opposition in the Giro versus the opposition in the TOC I'd be very surprised if Cuddles isn't the BMC leader at the Tour as long as he stays healthy. TJ may have won but it was a short race against lesser teams and GC contenders.

And yes, the ITT will be very interesting. I'm hoping the slow grind uphill will suit Cuddles style.

Has Cadel's Giro performance so far cemented his leaders position with BMC for Le Tour? surely more weight would be put into the 3 week Giro over the Tour of Cali even though TJ won that event Cadel would be better placed had he had a better TTT to open the Giro. ITT will be a great stage i think
