I had a chat to the guys from Sola at the stand and they told me they have plenty of Fizik saddles in stock at the warehouse in Celeste, so if you are looking for a new one tell your Bianchi bike shop to ring em, just for your guys info :)

Hi Guys,
Just a quick shout out that Sola, the distributors of Bianchi in Australia, have a display at the Bike Expo in Victoria Square. New editions of the worlds best bikes + some other bits and pieces, 3 styles of Tshirt available if you are quick enough. Or just go and soak in the aura. Tour stages on the big screen, food & drink available also.

And the winner is eBay. Rang around the local shops but nothing available. Replies ranged from very helpful to not much help at all. Road Rage said they could order one from Bianchi Italy but it would be 6 to 8 weeks. BE said they were unavailable. BianchiStore postage to AUS is 82 euro! Making the saddle over $200 landed. Same Fizik saddle on eBay from US $90 + $35 postage.

May be give Mark of Bike Obsession in Brisbane a call. Not so long ago he had 2 team bikes he could not sell and he sold its components - they came with San Marco Concor saddles like this http://www.bianchi.com/global/store/products/san-marco-saddle-conco...

I'm out of favours because I rocked the boat a bit too much with my new Bianchi :) Saddle ended up being provided only because I grew up in Italy and my father raced there... Sorry for not knowing Bianchi US does not sell overseas, the Global one should. In my quest, plenty of European shops were also willing to sell Bianchi merchandise but at hefty postal prices.

Try the local shops or Bike Force interstate (http://www.bikeforce.com.au). I may get a white/celeste Fizik Antares and will just go straight to eBay (here's what's available at present http://www.ebay.com.au/sch/i.html?_sacat=0&_from=R40&_nkw=b...)

You couldn't pull another 'favour'? I note BianchiUSA say they won't deliver outside US. I'll drop in to Bicycle express and Road Rage and see what they have.

Hi Robert, going by my experience I doubt you will find anything in Adelaide. The major Bianchi dealers are Bicycle Express and Road Rage, but when I tried looking for my matching San Marco saddle they could not help. The distributor, Sola Sport, may be able to help but only with Fizik models.

Short of any Bianchi interstate shops, your best bet is really eBay or official Bianchi online stores (warning: their prices are HUGE) - the US one is probably your best bet (http://www.bianchiusa.com/store/parts/saddles.html).

Looked on Bicycle Exchange but no luck and places like PBK, Wiggle or CRC do not carry celeste ones either. I got mine directly from San Marco as a favour...
