I had my first TT today and found the conditions pretty tough. The wind was stronger than I was expecting, and though it should balance out, I found I spent a fair bit pushing into the headwind and didn't have my best return leg. I consider it a learning experience - all ready looking forward to the next one!

How did everyone do today? It was a little windy this morning. I had a tri on. Luckily our course is rectangular so there were some tail wind segments to go with the head winds. Still not conducive to course records though. OH course would have been fun ;)

Also note av speed of winning elite woman - Stephanie Frawley. On the 'wrong' side of 50yrs and still one of Australia's fastest TTers. Australia's Longo!

Jesus mate ! Kudos on your bronze bling! impressive effort and I am gobsmacked at Shane miller's average speed 48km/h - what a blinder to do that 20km course tad under 25 mins

- MAS1 winner Shane Miller, current MAS1 Australian Champ
- MAS4 winner David Stevens, current MAS4 World Champ (with the rainbow stripes to prove it)
