In order to promote the use of Emergency Contact Information within the Gawler Wheelers Group, a production run (similar to the Gawler Wheelers Jersey) is being organised by our resident Tail End Charlie Mick Adams.

The following OutdoorID products are available for order (prices listed include the 15% AC discount and delivery [via Mick Adams]).

Note: With the exception of the laser engraved Dogtag ID, all OutdoorID products require writing your Emergency Contact Information on the included waterproof ID card(s).

Side 1 : Up to six lines of text with a maximum of 24 characters per line (laser engraved)

Side 2 - Choice 1 : Gawler Wheelers Logo (see image below)

Side 2 - Choice 2 : Blank

Size : 49 mm x 29 mm (includes 700 mm length of neck chain)

Material : Stainless Steel (polished satin finish)

Note : Details to be laser engraved are to be supplied directly to Mick Adams via a paper form that he will circulate at Gawler Wheelers Group Ride Events. Please contact Mick Adams directly if this is not suitable.

To those requiring ID Tags that have not supplied me your personal information. Can you please out the attached form and email back to me on

mick.adams@ozemail.com.au and I will get the orders going. I will follow up with them again as they were not sure that they could put the GW Logo on the bag of the tag. Those that have asked for it, could you please offer another option if not available.

Hey Mick,

Failing being able to have the Gawler Wheelers logo on the dog tags, could they offer to write "GW" or "Gawler Wheelers" in the same font as all other GW stuff is? I assume one would be as difficult as the other, but worth asking perhaps?...

I'm keen for dogtags but only if I can get Gawler Wheelers *something* on the back. :-)

I have placed the first order for the Outdoor ID products and will update those who have ordered once they come in. I have taken the liberty of ordering a few extra products>

3 x Helmet ID Tags

2 x Small / Med Yellow / Black Wrist ID's

2 x Med / Large Yellow / Black Wrist ID's

1 x ID Tags with Gawler Wheelers Logo on back ( No engraving you'll need to have done)

If anyone wants to secure any of these items let me know and I will book it for you.

Hi All,

Please find response from Outdoor ID regarding the first order>

Quick update:

· The dogtags will be ready for us to send out to you on the 30th Nov
The new stock of wrist ID's still haven’t arrived yet - as it turns out we only have 4x large black and yellow (sorry, I knew we were out of the small but wasn’t sure on the large) - we are expecting the new stock any day now
We will send what we have now (ie 9x helmet IDs, 4x Large yellow/black and 3x Small red/black wrist ID’s) and then next week we will send the Dogtags and the rest of the wrist ID’s.

First delivery of Helmet Tags and some Wrist ID's arrived today so I will bring along on Saturday for those that odered these items. ID's Tags along with balance of order due to me early next week, so I will bring out when here.

I have some spare Helmet ID's if anyone who did not order would like one.

I have been advised that all Dog Tags and ID's have now been posted so should have available to hand out after Saturdays ride. In light of the acident on Saturday, will be a good time to see if we need to order another round.

I still have a few Helmet ID's and some odd Wrist if anyone who has not ordered is interested.
