Looking at my daily does of tablets and vitamins - was wondering if anyone else here takes any?

This is what take daily and seems to make me feel the best - though over the years, think the benefits might be not as noticeable as when I first started taking them.

Glucosamine Chondroitin for my knees ( have worn out the cartilage and arthritis)

Fish Oil (I don't eat any anything form the ocean, and for my knees)

Multi Vitamin - all the good stuff my bad diet misses out on

Magnesium - to stop cramps - and apparently improves my brain (no strong evidence yet ........ )

I take daily Swisse multi and also Omega/fish oil concentrate.
I dont know if it gives me any extra oomph, but I have certainly never had problems with cramps or anything like that so it must give me the nutrients I need. I certainly wouldnt call my diet healthy or varied by any stretch of the imagination.
+1 for Swisse multi. I do actually think it makes a difference. That's all though.

I have tried a few different multi-vitamins over the years - from cheap to expensive - to none at all - and out all of them, I did feel better, more energy, less colds\sickness on Swisse Multi

Maybe it is a placebo - but it seems to work for me

the amount of money they pay athletes to promote them means they have to get there returns, long turm research in the uk showed NO benefits from taking a multi everyday. save your money and eat more fruit.

not really about vitamins but is it possible to eat too many banana's? i know Durian eats 25 or something each day but i am currently consuming 3-4 throughout the day....

I've heard if you eat too many bananas you do actually start turning yellow...

=-) ill keep an eye out for those symptoms!

Does Durian Rider look yellow to you ?

havent ever seen him.. i think he is a mythical creature like the loch ness monster!  =-)

I get that question a lot understandably so made a video answer. :)

Man! You could make a movie on making movies!
