Lately I've been joining Ansteys hill, Greenhills, Lofty, Sheoaks rd, Deviation rd, Nortin.. Just after some new courses. Any ideas?

Permalink Reply by Adam Williss on November 2, 2012 at 12:44 If you're looking for climbing practice you could do worse than a Montacute, Corkscrew, Cherryville, Ashton to Lofty run. Nice combo of short steep ones (Corkscrew & Cherryville) with some more sustained climbing in between.
I've heard of that killa training loop, but no-one has survived to talk about it :-)
I see what you did there...I liked it.
A loop which included each of the Lynton Path and Old Norton Summit Rd could be a real killa. Each of those hills has at least one cardiac-related cyclist fatality against it.
