Saturday looks like the best day to get out on the bike. No doubt Angus will be putting his new bike through its paces!

Have a ride around Kings Park too if you get the chance - it's absolutely beautiful and usually has more cyclists than cars!

Not sure at this stage, still got to think carefully about Clare as finding Im dehydrating too easily on the medication Im on....need to drink heaps and I should be alright.

Mate, that's why I carried the extra bottle on Square2Square! those meds certainly do dehydrate you for some reason. But they will certainly help my friend!
