Just wondering if anyone has used a warm up gel on their skin prior to riding?

I hear its supposed to promote blood flow and help you warm up a lot faster on a cold day.

All jokes aside, who has used it? Is it worth getting something like this for winter rides for those who struggle with the cold?

(yeah yeah I know BTFU....lol)

More commonly known as Embrocation.

You could take a couple of these (Joking.......)

These or a good hard slap !      8~)

Or kick :)

or a lot of good hard kicks and slaps if you enjoy that sort of thing.

You could as easily just run on the spot for five minutes before jumping on.

deep heat

or as uncle Chopper says

A pair of these might do the trick.

Might get caught in my chain. lol

Is an alternative solution sleep in and cycle later in the day :-)

Cycling in the dark may be fine for commuting but for training rides?

Would the ultimate cure be move to Darwin.

Joking aside - can't find a list of ingredients for this stuff and that is usually a worry.

Probably mostly harmless. File under pamper products.

wow, a serious post. LOL

Thanks Mike I thought that might be the case.

I might stick with the emu oil or deep heat
