Just wondering if anyone has used a warm up gel on their skin prior to riding?
I hear its supposed to promote blood flow and help you warm up a lot faster on a cold day.
All jokes aside, who has used it? Is it worth getting something like this for winter rides for those who struggle with the cold?

You could as easily just run on the spot for five minutes before jumping on.
Is an alternative solution sleep in and cycle later in the day :-)
Cycling in the dark may be fine for commuting but for training rides?

Joking aside - can't find a list of ingredients for this stuff and that is usually a worry.
Probably mostly harmless. File under pamper products.
