This is a jacket by Nike called a Vapour Flash. Apparently this cyclist is illuminated by a regular torch light.

As you say, Impressive jacket, out of stock by the looks, it was priced previously from US $350. I wouldnt mind one but not for that sort of money.

smith street in Melbs has some..$ 220 run out. The retroreflective nature of this fabric means light will be bounced back to its point of origin...be that a headlight or a streetlight. Alignment is not important.

A good brand and make winter jacket is that sort of money anyhow, if it glows in the dark for those that like that sort of thing it may well be a good investment.
