This is a jacket by Nike called a Vapour Flash. Apparently this cyclist is illuminated by a regular torch light.

To be fair, having no Flash player is like having no floppy drive. Flash is of the past. :)

Ditto, guess that comes from (in my case) running older hardware :-)  A separate link would be nice of course as I can simply copy paste links into MacTubes to watch youtube stuff...
