A non cyclist friend of mine asked me the other day so I did a video response about it. Feel free to share your comments and opinions.

The pros would never be drug cheats :-)

Perhaps I need to discus changing my blood pressure medication with my GP ;-)

Classic! As I read this I take my morning tablet of Micardis for my blood pressure.... Who would have thought that I'm a drug cheat! No wonder I'm so awesome on the road, and angry and happy at the same time!

Maybe it is time to legalise and monitor, instead of banning some of this stuff. As I understand it, "normal" body fat for a male is around 12% and for a female 20%.  A range could be established for athletes at elite level.

Am I safe munching mid ride on my Cadel Evans Winners bars???

I would ask for my money back if they didn't work !

I am developing a huge dimple in the middle of my chin like Cadel.....so yes theyre definitely working

But do you have the legs ? ? ?

You dont have to have the legs if you have the chin

+1!
Elite athletes are not normal, nothing they do can be compared to everyday living or joe average.

They are so finely tuned for one thing, power through the legs and cranking up hills, they are the F1 of people, sure they carry very little fat!

Rest of the year they bulk back up a little!

Ever seen a marathon runner? Be silly to carry too much weight for them too!

Got to love Jens Voight

"And hey- to give the diet experts among us a hear tattacke,on our 200km transfer to hotel we stopped for petrol and guess what i bought? A 1 liter bottle of chocolade milk, i really dig that stuff, its great for my soul and my head. And hey- a happy rider is stronger rider...
