Introducing the Hornster. Great way of making sure you are heard on the road :)

Permalink Reply by Specialised Roubaix on May 9, 2012 at 20:54 Needed one today to alert two teenage girls within 200 m of each other walking towards me on the path at Elder park, from 50m I could see our paths converging, I slowed, did they look, No - got to a point I was afraid they would jump if I swerved so had to slow right down. I forgot to use my bell as I now realise I have a habit of only using it when approaching pedestrians that I approach from behind. happened twice within 200m! If I was a teenage boy I would have had my own "hornster", fortunately just a grumpy MAMIL
