For everyone's information:

The Parade east of about Pembroke is undergoing road works  - resurfacing it seems. Nearly all the way to the roundabout at Penfold Rd.

For me, this great as it's my regular route when heading into town. For the meantime until it is finished it's gonna be a bit of a MtBike track though...
