Who will it be this year? Last year was Eddy Merckx, who could top that?
Ideas?
But whoever it it is you can be there for free thanks to a great offer to Adelaide Cyclists from Statewide Financial Planning and director, site member and hardman of pre-dawn rides, Justin Venning.
Justin is offering a to buy a seat for anyone (not just members) who take out income protection or life insurance with Statewide. Also you get 30% refund of first year's premium which adds up to a stack of value.
I know it's something we don't all need, or maybe you do? Drop JV a line on 0407 319291 or admin@statewidefp.com.au, or click on his promo on the right to find out how you can go to the night of nights for cyclists in Adelaide for free and find financial peace of mind.
Justin met with me and my wife and helped us out a lot with great advice and things like income insurance costs very little and.

Permalink Reply by Martin Turner on August 25, 2012 at 18:59 Income insurance is worth it but haven't yet found anyone who will insure me....as soon as they learn I work on offshore oil rigs thats the last I see of them. Seems insuring me carries with it an unacceptable risk purely because I fly around in helicopters.
They dont seem to be bothered by the fact I ride a bike and have a higher chance of being injured or dying while on my bike than sitting in a helicopter.
