TDU 2013 No Norwood

It has been announced that Norwood will not hold a stage of the TDU 2013. I guess it is good to share it around except for those who live close by and in a selfish way havnt had to ride too far for the Challenge start.

I look forward to the announcement of all the stages in the near future and hope for a somewhat challenging 2013 TDU.

The Lobethal stage had the start line at the end of my driveway . Guess i wont be that lucky two years in a row ;)

I heard somewhere that Onkaparinga council will be the host next year, Hopefully we won't have to travel (ride) so far next year. It should have a different start location each year. Those roads were starting to get a bit to familiar

Yes that is what the tv news was reporting last night, city of Onkaparinga outbid them. Logistically might be a little difficult for the challenge ride, perhaps a loop with a single start finish line so people will drive?

stages usually announced in July but the BUPA ride is usually announced first

Can't wait to see the route then it will be a fight in our house who rides :-)

Hoping it's Onka, last year going all the was up there was nice but difficult with the kids - Phil gotten eaten alive by a mozzie in the cabin we stayed in at Cuddle creek!
