Hi all
Does anyone here use the Sufferfest downloads/dvd's as part of their training regime? Do you find it useful? Is there anything else similar to it? Is it all hype?

Went through a phase of 2 months waiting for insurance to replace my road bike when I did 3 sessions a week using them (so its hard to get bored of them).
Cant recommend them enough.
I regularly rotate through Fight Club, Angels , Revolver 45, and the new one IN a Dark place , although I have bought them all, these are my favourites.

I have four of them and don't get bored. Be warned though that they are a hard workout if you follow the on screen instructions.

Great footage, interesting music and really motivational - it's hard to even want to bludge. My riding certainly seems to have improved, even with only limited use.
Considering the fact that you can download a workout for a quarter the price of a spinervals DVD they are excellent value. Fight Club is probably my favourite, although there is something about HHNF... ;o)

I've got Fight Club (good race simulation with the attacks and recovering-at-pace), and Local Hero (more of a longer slightly less intense workout). I've also got an old version of Revolver, which is short but just plain nasty!!
