STOLEN BIKE

hey guys, my bike has been stolen from Grote street (infront of central markets, near the Coles) tonight between the hours of 18:00 and 12:00.

It's the bike in my picture

FELT F95
Black Aerospoke wheels front and back

If anyone sees this bike please call the police.

I'm really upset as you could imagine

bike is pretty much exactly the same as that now except the pedals are chrome with foot holsters

Terrible news and made worse by the inscription under your bike in the photo.

I've added the photo to your post. We do have a pretty good record here for getting bikes back.

Hey mate, I actually saw your bike locked up on Grote last night. I remember because I had to slow my girlfriend down so I could have a good look, the wheels are very recognisable. Unfortunately I didn't see it again after that, sorry I can't be any help. What sort of lock were you using?

it was a combination lock, very tough. thanks for looking at my bike, it's a bit of a head turner.

 

i still don't think i've seen any other aerospoke rear on a roadie, in adelaide before

 

i'm about to go to a few pawn shops and see if it's there

When I had an aerospoke (before they were cool) the road versions were convertible back to single by ripping the hub out.  So that may have been what has happened to it - I wouldn't just look for a geared aerospoke.

 

Please no-one accost the King Of Bling who rides a red Hillbrick with dual black aerospokes, they're not stolen! And he regularly rides in the city :-)

Do you remember what time that was? Im trying to narrow the time frame of when it was last seen
