So, whats the go with wearing jerseys such as world champ, Aussie champ, Tdf yellow and King of the Mountains etc. I always thought you needed to earn the right to wear some gear.
I guess the same could be said for team kit although that doesnt assume individual hard work, effort and achievment etc.
Funny story, a mate of mine was following some "tosser" up Greenhill road a few years ago in the World Champs kit, was going to say something tongue in cheek to him when he caught up, turned out it was actually Cadel

love my team helmet!

I've got a customised Molteni WC jersey. I love it, it respects the real owner. I like wearing it. I dont really care what other people think. I wouldnt wear a Yellow or Polkadot jersey cos they are fugly.

Jeremy, with your 'posted' times on Strava you are entitled to wear what you like, anyway !

I actually wouldn't mind a Strava jersey :)

Bwahahah RD6, I suspect you would have earned it!

I want a Coopers Pale or Saprkling Ale jersey.

+1. Seen a few heineken, grolsch, guinness and one Tooheys Old which was specially made going around for beers and I am sure there are others as well as a brilliant Glenfiddich which glowed in the dark.

You better make sure you've earn't the jersey!
Have you won any beer drinking competitions?

Be a bit sad wearing a beer jersey and swerving all over the road

I won a beer skulling contest at Dirty Dick's Xmas Show (showing my age) and was also the 1976 Last Man Standing at Adelaide Uni Orientation Week (even more showing my age). Sadly no Jersey but it did give me certain benefits at the Uni Bar for 1977. Which upon reflection I probably did not take full advantage of. So long ago can't even remember if Coopers was consumed.

@VOD: Hell yes I have! I win them because I train hard!

I've earned my skin coloured Coopers jersey.

Only problem is it fits a bit large around the middle, and it aint real easy to take off.
