Sole food
No it's not a spelling mistake. Just a reminder that we are having a pancake ride on Sunday November 20th departing from the Rotunda Elder Park down the Linear Park to West Beach Lifesaving Club for breakfast. After Breakfast we head up the Mike Turtur Tramway Bike Path to Goodwood Road to meet some really nice ladies that are organising a charity drive to send your unwanted shoes to people without shoes in Africa.
It's a social ride, slow and easy, all the family are welcome, kiddy trailers are welcome, uni cycles, tandems, mountain, hybrid, wood/bamboo/ali/steel/carbon roadies. 95%off road and we shall seek the safest route to the Tramway if kiddies come along.
The shoes, second hand, structually sound but not stilletto. It doesn't matter if they are scuffed or faded, childrens, ladies or mens but horse shoes, don't bother.
If you're really sure you don't have any shoes that are no longer loved or worn, they're pretty cheap in the Op shops.
If possible please pair the shoes with a rubber band.

Sorry, I didn't come to this great sounding event - I fully intended to, but someone organized something else and I totally forgot about it. Sounds like everyone had a good day from reading about it afterwards. :-)
