Just finished my lunch today and was wondering what other cyclist have for there lunch.

I have really gone off having sandwiches and now tend to eat just fruit and nuts with a cup of soup.

Todays lunch consisted of :-

• 1 punnet of Blue berries

• 2 Bannanas

• 1 Mango

• 1 hand full of mixed nuts

• 1 (Laksa) cup of soup

So, what was on your lunch menu?

1 cup of brown rice with a can of tuna and half a tub of taboli.

Apple

baked potato with coleslaw, beetroot (good for cyclists), pineapple, cheese and sour cream. No butter

Your all so good! I had cream of chicken soup with two slices of multi-grain bread and a fruit mince pie! It's Christmas......

Your lunch is what I would have if I could get organized in the mornings. As it is I have a sandwich made at home with whole meal bread and a homemade muesli slice made from whole grains and fruit.

mine consisted of 1 apricot and 1 nectarine and a 1.25L bottle of water.

That's light pickings!

tell me about it! overloaded at the office so when i looked up and saw it was 3:30 i thought i should have something!

Cheese, tomato & lettuce sandwich, no butter. The bread was still warm (& quivering) from the bakery. Yum

An apple, 3 cherries & 5 grapes.

Cup earl grey tea, no milk, 1 sugar

Hmm.

On the Menu for today I ate the following:

            2 Hard Boiled eggs

1 Hand full of Mixed nuts

1 Small Bowl of low fat Mixed berry yoghurt

            1 Cup of Coffee

I have been eating a tub of salad for the past 10 years:

1 can on tuna

1 capsicum

3 mushrooms

about 2 inches of cucumber

half a dozen olives

some spinach leaves

some grated cheese

one hard boiled egg

Plus 2 pieces of fruit.

10 years? Must be a freaking big tub of salad. LOL!

Kate keeps saying " Don't you get bored with the same thing every day?"

Not really, before that, I had a ham & cheese sandwich every day for over 20 years !
