Just had a quick look at the rules and it appears they have changed from last year...no points awarded to final placings in the overall tour. Just get points based on the stages. Change of strategy required!
The other problem is that it is only a week to the start of the TdF and I am away most of this week for work - not sure how much time I will get for research.

interesting. Its different to the Velogames league then with the Giro which favoured the GC and some points toward the positions in the stage finish.
