Rollers Broken and Torq drinks,

Hey ADL

Any one know where to get a new rubber/elastic rope/strap for my rollers, it snapped.
What about Rubber Clark, will they have them?
Just thought Id ask before walking into a bicycle shop.

Any one out there buys Torq energy drinks online?
Are they good? Cheaper than Gatorade or Powerade from Supermarkets?

I was being a bit flippant with my comment for sure so I take your point about the sea salt.

As an old school South Oz MTBer I also carbo load with Coopers stout before, during and after riding, and I find a good toke is just the ticket for a brief hilltop recovery prior to the downhill run ;-)

Same, I have been a long time user of Staminade.
I eat awful heaps of carbs to have it stored in the tank all times.

Certainly the supermarkets seem cheaper.

If these extra expensive drinks work better I don't know I haven't seen the science.

The last few roller cables I have broken I have been able to pick replacements up at BE.  The last time they had two different lengths in stock, even handier.
