Ride in the southern hills
Hi All,
I have to drop the car at Reynella tomorrow for a service. With 4 hours to kill, I thought I'd go for my first ever ride in the southern hills.
My intended route is from Reynella to Clarendon via Piggot range Rd, onto Kangarilla and Mclaren Vale via McLaren Flat Rd, down to Willunga and up Willunga hill, turn left at the top and head towards Meadows, turn left at Dashwood Gully Rd to head back to Kangarilla and Reynella.
Can anyone provide comment on the route or suggest better roads to use?

Muddies ride will probably be too early for a car service drop off. But check out the route might add some ideas of roads to go on

Similar circuit, but some more quiet roads:
Panalatinga Rd from Reynella, up Coxs Hill Rd to Piggott Range Rd to Clarendon. After Clarendon, right into Bakers Gully, onto Blewitt Springs and McLaren Vale, then Willunga. From top of Willunga Hill, left along Range Rd (shame to miss the views), right into Pottery Rd, then left onto road to Meadows - back via Kangarilla and Clarendon to Reynella.

Thanks everyone, unfortunately the Muddies ride is too early for my mechanic. Brian I'll definitely be checking out the views.
