Or you can get information from some crack pot, conspiracy theorist face book site where its claiming no caffeine simply because its not on the label....Geepers!
Classic!
Good luck drinking 2 litres a day.
Moderation, its all about moderation. 2 litres of bogan juice a day is not moderate!!
Permalink Reply by Kingy on August 16, 2012 at 22:53 I'd recommend taking 'Jak 3D' Pre-ride, or any of those Nitro supplements will get you going, munch on low sugar energy bars during the ride, take a WPI protein post ride....
Permalink Reply by Matt Jones on August 16, 2012 at 23:09 Jak 3D and similar contains banned substances if you're an athlete who undergoes drug testing. It also is about to be banned in Au as they are restricting DMAA.
Permalink Reply by Kingy on August 17, 2012 at 11:57 ..... that would explain why Jak 3D works so well I guess !! what are the ingredients in it that are on ASDA's list ?

Permalink Reply by Kingy on August 17, 2012 at 15:03 Unbeleivable. I knew it was about to be banned in Australia but wasn't sure why. Same thing happened with a protein supplement about 15 years ago when I competed in powerlifting, a track runnerwas suspended then the product was banned in Australia.
