My bruises are fading and my stitches are out, my gravel rash is hardly there at all. As if this weren't enough good news I will be picking up the new bike on Saturday!
The left knee is still pretty swollen and sore so I don't think that I'll be attempting Norton's on Sunday morning, but if not if you see a happy looking guy riding a new (red this time) pinarello up and down the beach, say hi.

Missed you at Turturs. Took Nieve out for inaugural ride this am but gave up at the foot of Anstey's it was just too dangerous could not see a thing and he was getting wet.
