too the newbs that stayed in bed and didn't ride with us today..

you missed standing on the cranks (on the flat) to ride into head on winds.

Riding in rain and sun at the same time..

feeling sideways summer rain caress your face

and a whole lot of other good stuff ... !

That head wind was 22kmh

got back just in time to as it's now pissing down here

and not one flat
