looks to have some nice classic bikes and fashion (can't comment on quality of the fashion :p)
open for about two weeks apparently

Looks very interesting, particularly as one of the products would suit Jan.
I've seen Sexy bikes in the flesh and they are a good bike.
I've never heard of Pashley but a search found their website and they look the goods too - brazed lugs rather than spot welded like another 'classic' shop has.
Those saddles look interesting too, though I can't see why I'd take off my Brooks, maybe for the next bike.

I love Pedal and Thread, I have their stickers on one of my fixies. One of the guys at Super Elliot's told me where to find it and so onward I went, later on - $120 = 5 shirts ( they were on special). It's basically a clothing store with bikes, he sells almost excusively Brooks parts and pre 80's styled cruisers but doesn't do any servicing or repair. I did score a shirt made from bamboo for $30 :D
