Actually I got this problem since I bought my bike.
It have quick release but when I undone it, the front wheel simply won't fall off.
I heard about lawyer lips, but my front wheel simply won't fall off although I unscrew and pull out quick release entirely.
So to remove the front wheel I need to put some muscle to remove it by bend out the fork a bit (and it will spring back as before).
Also it seems my wheel stuck on bottom end of dropout section of my fork.
My fork's dropout bottom end is narrower than dropout top section.
Do you guys have solution for this one?
It is a bit frustrating to remove my front wheel.
Dario - are you able to take a photo?
I will take it tomorrow.
Another suggestion is to visit the Bike Coop on Saturday morning and get the opinions of the volunteer bike mechanic instructors. http://www.adelaidecyclists.com/group/bikecoop
Seems good idea, I will bring it there if possible.
I too have seen this issue previously on customer bikes!
Every now and then a bike comes in that has the fork tip opening crushed together through the bike being dropped whilst the front wheel is removed.
Thus closing the tip ends making it almost impossible to remove or fit the wheel without spreading the fork legs or filing the Fork tip slots openings back to the correct width !
+1 To see a Pic of the offending Fork !
