I realise the previous thread has been closed. Just advising that the Gentleman has unfortunately passed away. Condolences to his family.
An 83 year old has been charged and unfortunately cannot remember the specifics of the charge but it included aggressive driving.
Absolute Tragedy.

Will anyone organise a ghost bike? Does the bike co-op have a bike to spare? I do not know the location and if possible. Need something to lock the bike to and, as learnt on Payneham Road, need to also lock wheels to the bike. Some thieves desecrate memorials.
Permalink Reply by Michael Murray on June 16, 2012 at 23:27 You might want to check with the family Heather. They might not want the reminder if they drive that way regularly. Or, of course, they might be happy with the memorial.

Does anyone know the name of the deceased?

According to the Advertiser:
The driver, a 83-year-old Nairne man, was reported by Major Crash Investigators for aggravated driving and driving without due care.
