According to Cycling News 5 former teammates have given evidence alleging that Armstrong doped, in exchange for a 6 month ban (which coincidentally doesn't start until the end of the season).
Sounds fishy to me.....and could be a few tense moments in the peleton today.

Permalink Reply by Dahondude on July 6, 2012 at 11:22 The fact that Hincapie and Leipheimer have all issued "no comments" to pretty much every question asked of them makes me think they have provided some kind of information to the investigators. I can see a very large ship starting to sink and small furry rodents leaping for their lives.....
Permalink Reply by Trent on July 6, 2012 at 11:33 couldnt have said it better myself! If they had nothing to hide then they would have come out and said "what the hell is going on" and refuted the reports. USADA have got something on each of them and have cut deals. Shows that you never know who your friends are!
Let's see how it all turns out, I still believe Lance is clean. The 5 cyclists might be under team instructions to say "no comment" during the TDF.

Permalink Reply by Trent on July 6, 2012 at 15:06 the journo the "broke" the story has come out and reaffirmed the accuracy but USADA has also come out and said that no individual case has been finalised.

= threaten some of Armstrong's former team members with punishment if they don't drop him into it......sounds like a form of bullying to me :)
