Hi
Is there such thing as a mobile bike mechanic?
I ride each day, so being without my bike is a pain. I struggle to get it to the shops Mon-Fri because of my work - and then I need to catch the bus home and then struggle to pick it up again. I can't take the bike to the shops on the back of my car because it's too long!
I just need the gears adjusted, I've been trying (looked it up on YouTube), but the back derailer leaps about on 3rd. I've managed to make it worse now!!
Thanks
Simon

I think this might be the same Gavin who is now resident mechanic at Avanti Parafield so I'm guessing he's no longer mobile.

Mind you, I'm probably best waiting a few weeks for the TDU to pass...I'm not in any great hurry.
Good to book ahead though.

Sounds like Bio Mechanics might be the best option.

You need to be in a total state of inner peace when ever you look at your derailliers, let alone touch them. Persevere, learn how to work on them, dispell the mystery, take control, know your bike, save money, it will be worth it.
