For those who aren't following the Tour of Turkey, Mark Renshaw just got his first stage win with Rabobank. I only got the twitter updates, can't wait to see the video of it. Matt Goss came in second, again. Poor bloke has finished 2nd in three straight stages

Slow mo video of the finish. WOW

Now thats close !! I still couldn't decide who won it ..

I reckon you have to look at the shadows.

Gooooo TCR Advanced  SL

Mark Renshaw won by .0008 of a second and less than the width of the tire. I for one believe the Tour of Turkey is a race which will gain even more status on the World stage,  than it currently has. And the scenery is second to none. Here is one part of Turkey were the 'yobbo's' have not as yet invaded. Roll on tonight's Stage.  Thanks Eurosport and FOXTEL.

Give it time, the 'yobbos' will make there way there if there is a semi party atmosphere. Other than that I agree with you, there is some lovely scenery there.

correction 0.0003 secs.   And Matt Goss second again last night.  Maybe tonight for a win.

Renshaw only won because he had a new front tyre and the feather left when the tyre was taken out of the mold handn't worn off by the time he crossed the line :)

Fantastic racing.

The Brit commentators are a lot of fun (on Foxtel, dunno what's available elsewhere) and they are very much aware of their Australian audience. The country is spectacular in a different way to France/Italy/Spain, as are the villages, so there's plenty to distract you.

Seriously, this is a race worth watching, especially that Gabrowski bloke who's suddenly discovered everyone else is slow up hills.

Tonight's stage looks like a saw tooth so it should be good fun ... and the races finish at a half sensible time (11-11:30) so  you don't even have to feel guilty about sitting up for them.

GreenEdge said in the week they are only going for stage wins in the tours so a run of seconds won't please them but on the other hand Renshaw out of the shadow of Cav is a bundle on energy ready to burst.

The video will be on YouTube soon.
Manwhile in Romandie there is only a second between Sanchez and Wiggins.
