Looks like the magpie season is starting so thought we could start to collate where they are trying to make friends with cyclists.

List the location on here so others know what to expect!

Got swooped three times along Binney and California roads, beware ! They must have been interested in checking out the new Muddies jersey with large crab print on the rear. One very tasty morsel this cyclist :P

That one got Gill on Saturday, I think she was in a Muddies jersey as well. : )

Spring Head Road, Charleston, last Thursday.

No doubt Gus is madly working away on his magpie swooping map like last year, but for what it is worth:

Top of Mt Osmond (at the "T" intersection)

Marino Rocks Train Station (Jervois St) - the bugger started in June!

The last set of S-bends closest to the beach on Henley Beach Road.

Ah that one is very aggressive.....encountered him face on a few years back....surprized he is still around

yeah i am sure he is Adam (no pressure Gus!) but it does seem like they have started a bit earlier this year

Nature is aware of Climate Change, even if humans aren't. Changing the times of flowering, nesting and mating.

Got swooped leaving Birdwood heading towards Mt pleasant (A big one too.) they certainly make you speed up!!

yeah certainly good for sprint/interval training!

He will be busy on Sunday :)

Didnt think of that oh well round 2 on Sunday I guess.  Should make it a strava segment might get some good times.
