Learning to ride a bike - looking for a second hand ~15" or 38cm Flat Bar bike

Hi everyone. My wife is trying to learn to ride a bike and is struggling with a large frame flat bar bike with knobly tyres. She has not ridden a bike since she was 7 yo, that was a substantial time ago so she is almost starting from scratch.

I am looking for an extra small size frame as she is only 5'1" tall (156cm)

She refuses to spend much untill she has ridden a lot more so we are in the chicken and egg situation.

Does anyone have such a bike they wish to despose of ?

Definately want a flat bar that is not heavy!

Anyone got one hidden in the shed they wish to dispose of that wont brake the buget?

OK Lee-Anne, I accepted your FR and lost the message, doh! Am I wrong in believing that you live North of Adelaide? I caught you train people to ride and that you have a suitable bike for her to learn on but then lostthe rest :-(
