Just can't seem to summon much interest with Wiggins leading for most of the three weeks and most of the contenders from past years not even there. Or am I just suffering sour grapes on behalf of Cadel?

It was apparent early on that Sky had the strongest team this year & they have just suffocated all the challengers. For me this year the interest has been for KOM honors especially after Voeklers effort last night, inspirational stuff from someone who seemed to be really struggling in week 1

I've also been pretty impressed with Sagan - though I'm probably biased as he's on my fantasy team. But I have to agree, the interest is in the other copmetitions, though I was pleased to see Bradley be a good sportsman the other night.

Can't agree more Virginia, Sagan has been a revelation. The battle between him Goss and Greipl has been outstanding. What has been impressive for me is the way he has gone in the mountains refusing to be dropped like the other sprinters and being there for his team. And so young, give him a few years to work out his body's capabilities and could well be a GC contender.

I may have dropped the 'boring' word last night too, but then watched Voekler smash the Tormoulet (and promptly then fell asleep). But agree with Sky so strong, seems all the other riders have just accepted Wiggins will win and are just along for the ride so to speak.

yes, boring, I guess that's what happens when riders aren't doped to the gills, can't have it both ways I suppose

I guess it is exciting if you are British :)

Yes it's exciting, we've never had a British winner of the TDF before and it'll be a major milestone for the Sky team if they pull it off.

I still fall asleep however, although this has more to do with the time of day it's on and my horizontal natural at the time.

TDF was definitely boring when Lance won every time. I was interested in TDF this year until Cadell's chances waned. His young domestique is interesting.

I think its just you. You probally dont remember the days of Indurain, that was boring.

I've heard it mentioned a few times & I've gotta say I agree, this win is straight out of the Indurain playbook.

Mark every move up the hills & then demolish the competition in the TT.

Its different but not boring imho.

I cant wait to watch the highlights every night, the downhill runs and sprints are great.

Good effort from the french too.

How can you say that when most nights Jens  makes some serious efforts against the breakaways ,smashing himself like a teenager ! and peter sagan appearing when you least expect it !  seriously though this year is just as good. imo there is a lot more to the tdf than the yellow jersey  ,on evans maybe its time already to hand over the yellow boots to TJ!
