I am loving pushing myself and seeing how far I can ride and really want to achieve something quite difficult.

I have to be careful though as having a young family it also has to be something quite achievable and not too costly.

Anyone have any suggestions on events or charity events that I should put on my bucket list??

That was going to be my suggestion Phil.

Grab and old clunker of a bikexand do some CX racing....

I would love to but already busy this weekend so can't even come and look. Next one maybe.

I think my problem is I want to do everything :-)

Check Chewbaccas work roster, on his day off hang around the end of his street and try following him, no idea where you might go but a challenge is guaranteed.

Or this!

http://www.7peaks.com.au/

Drive to Victoria, ride one a day, drive back. In 9 days you'll have ridden up some of the greatest alpine climbs in Australia!

Thanks Dahondude!  I'm heading up to Bright in January with the family for a few days and Hotham, Falls Creek and Buffalo were all on my list to climb whilst there.  Naturally I'll have to challenge myself to do all the 7 peaks over summer now!

I've just applied for the passport.  Challenge accepted!

Added to the bucket list :-)

Ironman triathlon. 4 races to choose from in Australia now. 3.8km swim, 180km ride and 42 km run...I guarantee you'll never forget it!

Darren I have considered an Ironman/women need to get a bit fitter but added to the list as well.

look at from a different angle, try surf lifesaving, ironwoman

A surf lifesaving Iron women is way harder, they have to board paddle, ski and swim! too hard!

At least I can run, cycle and swim relatively easily :-)

I'd agree with that!
