I Have Finally Got It, I Am In Love With It and It Is Dirty Already !! Awww

YES YES !!

I finally got my new bike, the Giant TCR has arrived, i was soo excited like a little kid on Chrissy day, i would never have thought three years ago i would get this excited over a new bike!! I had to ride it at lunchtime on my usual 20Km ride, even though it was raining and it would get dirty i took it out, and it was fantastic i reckon i shaved 2 mins off usual time, i will have to check the Garmin later. Now i just need to find enough courage to tackle those hills you guys keep bragging about! I may hit one of you guys up soon for some training in that area!!

 

Oh also sold the old Shogun today, love Gumtree, today is a great day!!

ohh nice one Mark - I can take it for a "test ride" this weekend around Willunga for the Grand Slam #2 - I bet that bike will be a real slammer :)

Congratulations Mark. Looks very nice.

 

It is said that one of two things happen on your first ride on a new bike. You will either crash or it will rain. With previous bike I happened to fall off (not used to the clip in pedals). For the bike I bought last year it was raining a little bit so I used this as an opportunity to get the first ride out of the way just as you have.
