Before your other half starts rolling their eyes and complaining that they take up too much space in the house?

I have two roadies with no real excuse other than I'm too sentimentally attached to be without either. Deal was I had to get rid of a MTB and a 70's folder to get roadie #2 last year tho...

So I'd say that two is the limit in our house, what's yours?

I have 8 in the shed ..=Dodsun MTB , Kenevans racerwith mudguards , Scott racer , Repco flat bar , Daccordi on the wind trainer , Peugeot racer with electric motor , Folding shopper and a cool trike from an opp shop . And will be getting a recumbent next month ...Between me Mum and Dad.......Also two sets of MTB wheels and two sets of 700c wheels, waiting for frames...And many parts ...

1 x Road bike ( mine )

1 x Cyclocross bike (mine)

1 x Mountain bike (mine)

1 x Exercise bike (mine)

1 x Tandem bike ( mine + Kate's)

1 x Big W pretend bike (Daughters)

= Total 6 bikes

Only 2 of these live inside the house. I am waiting for the kids to grow up and move out, so I have more room to make a dedicated "Bike Room"

How many bikes are you going to get away with ?

There is a mathematical equation :

N+1 / W-1    where N = current Number of bikes owned & W = Number owned where the Wife will leave you !

about 8 here in Radelaide at the moment and one overseas in our house in Indonesia so can ride when we visit the relatives....

Only two here both are Orbeas with Campag. Hoping to start a breeding program soon.

"Orbeas with Campag"  Oh, you say the nicest things.

I have 3 bikes at present.

1 x heavy, step through which was my first bike.

1 x Roadie, which is the love of my life.

1 x Track bike which is a loaner from Gary, but I quite love having in sitting here. I've even named it.

3 here 2 road bikes and 1 mtb and they all live indoors.

Don't real MTB's live in the great outdoors?

Careful with this one guys, it may be quite easy to find out where some of you live via Strava/mapmyride and pop round with a van later on and empty your shed of the n + 1 bikes that you have in it.

+1 it has been hinted at on other forums that bike sites are scanned looking for product.

With Strava you should set your privacy zones so it does not show anything within 500 or more meters of certain locations like home or work.

We have 9 at ours, all worth nothing....

.,.....or unless your home security involves a killa black cat that attacks strangers

Should I mention that my roadie is my most expensive bike.

It cost less than $300 and the only other bike I own that cost more than $80 is over 25 years old.

Crime converters will hardly give petrol money to any thieves for these bikes.

Should I also mention I have 2 dogs and usually there is someone home.
