How do you work out the duty and customs fees when you buy wheelset overseas?

Let's say dura ace 7900 C50' CL's wheelset $1286 AUD, to buy em separate $733 AUD front wheel & $613 AUD = $1346 AUD.

What's the duty & customs fees for online purchases over $1200 AUD - is there a such thing?

I got my C50 from Bike Express late last yr walked in handed over the cash $1400 they put tyres, tubes and cassette on rode away 1hr later with my new wheels. I'm too impatient to wait and it was a great deal at the time
