Monday bling - cyclist's heads up display

I saw this in Peloton Magazine as the most cutting edge, and probaly the most unnecessary cyling enhancement. The 4iiii Sportiiiis heads-up display -and audio coach- for cyclist's sunglasses.

Sportiiiis is a Heads Up Display and audio system that gives you feedback on critical performance data. This enables you to maintain form, keep your eyes on the road and always be safe. Sportiiiis attaches to virtually any pair of glasses and guides you to your target workout zone with multi-colored LEDs positioned in your peripheral vision. A simple tap of the unit gives you a verbal update on your current performance. Sportiiiis is compatible with ANT+ enabled devices for easy integration with your current training tools.

While it might make you imagine Tom Cruise in Minority Report or James Bond it's a long simpler.

Basically it has coloured LED lights that indicate certain speeds or goals.

No, I saw it in Peloton Magazine a couple of months ago. I am not saying it's great or I want one, just throwing it out there for fun!

"Stuff" is getting pretty amazing these days, soon it will be incorporated into you sunglasses lenses which I think would be much better aerodynamically speaking.

would be awesome! it would be good to have a virtual "coach" and actual HUD display, not just LED's and i dont think there is a hope in hell that the Minster of Finance would ever allow this purchase! =-)
