A head wind all the way from Crafers down Glen Osmond Rd to the city. Love it.

Permalink Reply by heather on May 23, 2012 at 11:22 I am cycling to the physio this afternoon. Still receiving treatment for a broken shoulder from a cycling crash.
Permalink Reply by Martin Turner on May 23, 2012 at 22:12 For Gods sake dont fall off your bike while riding to the physio.....
Permalink Reply by heather on May 23, 2012 at 23:00 Martin, the crash was 6 months ago. Clearance from doctor to cycle but takes time and physio to get full movement back. I changed my other plans due to the weather forecast but physio was booked.
I'm riding home at 5 tonight, hopefully my new waterproof jacket will keep me dry! not sure aboout the wind though..it's getting pretty blowy outside at the moment!
Very glad I checked the forecast before leaving this morning. Looked fantastic at 7.30am but it's going to get ugly. Wetbike is in the basement at work. Good bike is in the hallway at home :)
Permalink Reply by Lucas Pittaway on May 23, 2012 at 13:40 I just made it home alive, it was a horror riding by Parafield Airport with the wind and dust on one side, the traffic on the other. The ride normally takes 22 minutes but this time it was a 38 minute trek.
My hair is a solid dirt brown.
