Good luck to all that will be riding in those conditions

Fast ride this morning tho. :-)

Northwest winds - typically denotes the direction the wind is coming from. City - Payneham will be tough.
That said, last time Adelaide got a severe weather warning, it was more a damp fart than gale force winds.

Permalink Reply by hozozco on May 23, 2012 at 15:54 I was given wet weather gear for my birthday, so I'm happy with the rain.
Not so excited by the headwinds...oh, well a good adventure!

Permalink Reply by Martin Turner on May 23, 2012 at 18:03 Spied a lone cyclist crawling up the main street into Stirling this morning....the rain came pelting down about 10 minutes later.
I did the Mount Lofty-waterfall Gulley walk about 1pm and it was blowing a gale at Mt Lofty.
Permalink Reply by hozozco on May 23, 2012 at 18:18 Just got home to Hallett Cove from FMC (up the veloway).
Not too bad. Jacket works well, shoe covers work well, gloves are OK - my old 'waterproof' pants are terrible. I think they're wetter on the inside than they were on the outside!
I'm still trying to find a good pair of pants!
