Hi All,
I have noticed my Garmin reports no longer list 'Average Moving Speed' is this something that you can no longer access?

Most people have the Garmins set to ignore zero figures anyway, so the average speed is the average 'moving' speed.
Permalink Reply by Sean Carnie on March 25, 2012 at 20:35 thanks, i worked out through google that you need auto pause set to on, that will mean it doesnt record when stopped.
Average Moving Speed was removed but will be reinstated in the 1st week of April due to complaints received.

I was disappointed they removed avg moving speed as I like to leave my garmin recording when i stop as i like to analyse my heart rate recovery.
Strava seems to only use your avg moving speed.

My Polar software did that (as does Strava), makes it a lot easier to compare effort to grade/ speed etc and one thing I miss when I moved from Polar to Garmin
