I've been surfing wiggle and bike exchange and came across this Focus Cayo (http://www.wiggle.co.uk/focus-cayo-105-ltd-triple-2011) It is pretty cheap. I currently have a 'vintage' 2002 Avanti Monza with full Ultegra 6700 groupset which I bought used for a steal. I am happy with it with the exception of serious slipping when I change gears on a hill - pretty much most of the time around my here.

What I want to ask is what are the current thoughts on the Focus brand? I want to go for the triple instead of the usual double chain rings because of the amount of hill work even leaving the house involves.  The price tag seems incredibly cheap, so is there a catch?

Thanks in advance

umm, is that sarcasm Rob?

If not, yes I totally stoked to be able to ride a decent quality bike on the next L ride.

not at all, good to see you finally found a bike and spin along with us on those L rides soon

No worries mate, just checking haha. Bloody internetz

Yes, being able to keep up with you guys on the L rides will be a lot better hopefully.

I was planning on heading into bike station to take a look at their focus bikes when I came across this beauty, second hand.  It is naked (and oh so beautiful) and will look great with my gear on there.  I can't wait to ride this baby! Truly cannot wait.  I think my family will be missing a mother for a while there! :)

Great find. looking forward to seeing what bits u will fit to it.

Anyone seen the new Focus Izalco team 2.0?  awesome bike

I saw that bike at the bike station. Its looks rather sexual. if only I had the extra cash.
