Eska folding bike.

I just picked up this little folding bike. It's an Eska, which I believe is Czech. Does anyone know anything about them? It rides okay, but needs a little love. I'm unsure whether to give it a full paint job or just clean it up.

Hey man!
I rode an old eska around Israel for ages, it was from the 60th though and very solid! Spring seat!
They been around for a century plus I believe but as far as folding frame goes, I am not sure.

why don't you get it mechanically OK  and ride it for a while.

If it grows on you and you like it then you can put more time and money into it?
