What is the story behind this image? I have seen before but today was posted opposite my workplace.

Saw Einstein on his bike here on my way into the city a little while ago. The Street View image is obviously a bit out of date as the building has been done up a bit since then.
Yes, I saw that too the other day.. in fact there are 2 of them. I also saw one on the BikeSA building in the city. Unfortunately the one I photographed near my work has already been taken down.

Going around Facebook at the moment I've seen the same image being posted around Berlin. Same person or copycat?
