Di2 Doh!
Went to ride into work the other day as usual.
Pedaled up Picadilly Rd, up through Crafers and got set to fly down the freeway bike path... Only to discover the battery was on the way out and the FD was stuck on the bottom chainring doh!
I only fitted it recently and never thought I'd ever forget to check/charge it, but at least I got to really appreciate the scenery on my leisurely coast down:-)
Anyone got some real world stats on how long a charge should last? I read up to 1000kms but I didn't get close to that.

The battery charge will generally last until the exact moment when you most need your gears.

Not sure about charge rate, lipo capacity or discharge but do wonder about the electrical device shifting the mechanical dereailier?
Even as a devoted campag fan, I am not a fan of their eps system!
I do embrace technology but also like it to be rock solid, probably main reason I never touch SRAM[scam] or shimano!
The guys who have it never had much trouble or a flat battery though! Could be the wet weather shorting something out or unusually high shifting! I am not sure how they can give a mileage as a timescale as its not, you may never shift one gear on the flat and will forever be shifting riding same mileage in the hills!
